She maintains all program files and ensures organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization’s financial functions. She also ensures all compliance with individual rights, investigates incidents, monitors for safety, and serves as a liaison in the community.

She has worked extensively in this industry for years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
